What you actually get when you hire us.
We overbuild every base
Eight to ten inches down, filled with crushed limestone rather than road gravel, so the patio does not sink or sprout weeds.
You see it before we dig
Every proposal carries the scope of work, the exact materials, a 3D rendering and photos of similar patios we have already built.
You pay last, not first
A 20% deposit reserves your spot, 40% at the design consultation, and the final 40% only once the job is finished and you are happy.
